House Architecture : The plan is simple enough: a circular enclosure aside a rectangular entrance. The entrance sport a classic Greek portico of granite colum top by a triangular pediment. There are three rank of the 39 ft Corinthian support, eight in front and two set of four further in to the main rotunda. A rectangular section join the portico to the rotunda.
It is remarkable that The even today, nearly two thousand year after it was construct, is as stable as when it was first built. It is almost beyond understand that the Roman could build this structure without the benefit of modern machine or tool. Nor did the advantage of modern transportation method. All the material were floated down the Tiber and move to the site by man and animal on cart of the period.
